If canceled or modified up to 5 days before arrival will not be charged any cost.

For bookings made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date, the reservation becomes a firm when an advance of 30 % of the stay is pay by bank transfer. For cancellations made less than 5 days prior to arrival, the first night will be charged.
