Residence Hirscher enjoys a quiet location at the foothills of Tampa Mountain in the Historic Centre of Brasov, only 200 m away from the Council Square, Black Church and Republicii Street. It was built in 1847 under the name of “Iordache David House”. Thus, the location is located in a historical monument building, it also benefits of facilities specific to modern times. Residence Hirscher was renovated between 2017-2018 in the desire to offer its guests comfort and high-class service, providing: 13 double rooms, 2 single rooms and 1 suite.

Residence Hirscher offers modern, luxuriously furnished rooms for both short- and long-term stays. Our guests have the opportunity to choose from a variety of rooms tailored to everybody's needs: deluxe double rooms, standard double rooms, with both twin and matrimonial beds, single rooms, one apartment suitable for families.

Our rooms are very comfortable and tastefully furnished, with a stylish interior decoration.

1. Check –in / Check-out:

- Check-in : 3:00 PM

- Check-out: 12:00 PM

- Early check in (2 hours), is possible and free but based on availability.

- Check-in between 6:00 AM and 12:00 PM is possible, based on availability and entails 50% of a nightly fee.

- Late Check-out, between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM is possible, based on availability. No additional charges required.

- Late Check-out is possible between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM based on availability. It entails an extra charge of 50% of a nightly fee.

- Late Check-out is possible between 6:00 PM and 12:00 AM based on availability and requires 100% of a nightly fee.

2. Smoking policy:

- Smoking is not permitted in any room, lobby or public areas. There is an ashtray at the entrance of the hotel. (outside)

3. Payment policy:

- Accepted payment methods: cash, card, bank transfer, vacation vouchers.

- Accepted credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

- Accepted vacation vouchers: Sodexo, Up Romania, Edenred. The hotel does not accept expired tickets.

- The nonrefundable reservations will be charged as soon as they are received. (Rate + Breakfast). There is no refund in case of cancellation or a No-Show.

- Prepayment is needed for groups (5 rooms) or a long period of stay (more than 5 days) and New Year’s Eve.

- Reservations that are cancelled 2 days prior to the Check-in or that are marked as a No-Show, will be charged a full nightly fee.
