Casa Moşului Guesthouse opened in the summer of 2008, being made of wood and stone and decorated with old objects gathered from the Fagaras valleys. It was built in an old village full of stories, Cârţişoara, 200 meters from Transfagarasan, from where the famous peasant traveler, Badea Cârţan, went to see this great world.
Balea Waterfall is 15 km away, and Lake Balea is less than 30 km away.
Casa Mosului Guesthouse offers five large and bright rooms with glossy floors and soft beds, hand-woven carpets, LCD TV with cable channels, private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Some rooms have a balcony with mountain views.
Wi-Fi access is available free of charge in the entire location.
Upon request, guests at Casa Moşului can take breakfast, lunch and dinner at the property. Meals are prepared with local ingredients or fresh homemade products and can be enjoyed on the terrace.
In addition, guests benefit from a fireplace, a springtime spring garden, barbecue facilities, swing. Upon request and at an additional cost, the host can arrange horse-drawn carriage rides, horseback riding and fishing trips.

If canceled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged.
