If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before arrival no fee will be charged.

For bookings made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date, the reservation becomes firm when an advance of 50 % of the stay is paid by bank transfer. For cancellations made less than 5 days prior to arrival, the first night will be charged.
