If canceled or modified up to 10 days before arrival will not be charged any cost.

For bookings made more than 10 days prior to the arrival date, the reservation becomes a firm when an advance from the first night of the stay is pay by bank transfer. For cancellations made less than 10 days prior to arrival, the first night will be charged.
