Reservation can be modified or canceled 30 days before arrival, after which the reservation can not be canceled or modified.

For bookings made more than 2 days before the arrival date, the reservation becomes firm when paying by bank transfer an advance of 30% of the total amount. For cancellations made less than 2 days before arrival, the first night will be charged.
